Reno Ronald McDonald House

My name is Thuy Tran. I am very passionate about volunteering for the Reno Ronald McDonald House, and have been cooking for the families there since 2017. I also raised $800 in 2017 at my client’s appreciation party. This year my team and I have the pleasure of cooking there once a month.
Since my Fieldcreek Ranch neighborhood is having a garage sale on September 28, I thought it would be a great idea to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House by hosting a refreshment booth, selling some used items, and selling raffle tickets for some great prizes. My goal is to raise $1,000 by 9/28/19.
Would your establishment be willing to donate a gift certificate of $50 – $100 for this fundraiser? We plan to market this fundraiser before September 28 on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and will be sure to mention you as one of our donors. Click here for the donation form.

With sincere appreciation,

August Greetings!

Well, summer is drawing to an end already!!! We have been super busy here at our business of helping our clients buy and sell homes. Time flies… Truda got to make a trip to her hometown in California for a reunion with childhood friends and family and a nice float down the Russian River. We hope your summer has been enjoyable and you have been able to attend some of the events in Reno, if you are local: Hot August Nights, Artown, and so many other things! August is “Admit You’re Happy month”! Please do, and smile.

The July market report shows 590 sales of existing home in Reno and Sparks, which is a 4% increase from June. The median sales price for an existing single-family residence in the Reno-Sparks area was $405,000, representing a 5% increase from July 2018, and a 1% increase from June 2019! The median price for Reno homes was $420,000 for the month of July.

If you have an August birthday, please email me by 8/20, and we will enter your name into a drawing for a chance to win a $25 gift card.  And have a Happy Birthday!  M. Miller was our July gift card winner. One can always use another birthday gift. We are preparing dinner at Ronald McDonald House this Monday, and anyone is welcome to join us in September on the 9th, 4-6 p.m. Families with kids in the hospital benefit from having a place to stay and meals to enjoy at Ronald McDonald House.

Keep us in mind for all your real estate needs: residential/commercial, purchase or lease. Our company also manages properties for landlords.

Please join us for lunch on August 15th at 1348 Fuggles Drive in Spanish Springs, 11:30-1:30 p.m. (this Thursday), and/or our Open House and Shave Ice truck at 11215 Parma Way in Reno on Wednesday, August 21st , 5-7 p.m. Click the links above to see the attached flyers!
